Course Overview:

Kentec, in association with the Ladder Association (L.A), now offer a nationally recognised training scheme for users, supervisors and managers wanting to equip themselves with the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to inspect ladders and step ladders legally and safely. Written with the guidance from the UK's leading experts on ladder manufacture, maintenance and safety, the L.A scheme addresses all the issues raised by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and, more recently, the Work and Height Regulations 2005.

This course can only be delivered by L.A approved training centres. Kentec's course content, instructors and training premises have been subjected to a rigorous assessment to ensure compliance with L.A standards. In addition to this, we are subject to an ongoing annual audit regime conducted by the Training Scheme Auditor to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards demanded by the L.A.
