About the Role

We are looking for a driven, charismatic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. You will play a proactive role in generating sales through client outreach to drive business growth, as well as engaging with and understanding existing clients’ training needs and offer tailored solutions.

 

In this role, you will work closely with our Operations Director and Training Services Manager to promote and sell our full range of health and safety training courses to both new and existing clients and occasionally attend exhibitions and networking events to promote our services.

 

The role requires strong communication skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to understand and analyse customer needs in order to deliver effective, tailored training solutions. You will also be required to achieve sales targets/KPIs within agreed timeframes and provide regular sales reports to the Training Services Manager.

Ideal Experience & Skills

The following experience & skills will go a long way in our consideration for you for the role:

  • Prior work experience as a Sales Consultant, or within a similar role, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS software and a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • High levels of self-motivation, effective co-ordination with other departments, and professionalism with clients & colleagues.
  • Understanding of training industry standards and awarding bodies (desired).
  • Clean UK driving licence & authority to work in the UK (required).
