Employer Networks (ENs) are an initiative set up and funded by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) in 2022 aiming to simplify the way levy-registered employers get the support and funding needed to access the training they want.
The initiative has two main objectives:
Employer Networks provide funding for up to 70% of the total training costs on any training programme - provided the training is construction-specific and for the benefit of the construction industry. CITB also reduce the administrative burden by assisting employers identify suitable training, locating available training providers (like us here at Kentec), and by supporting the booking process.
Your regional CITB advisor can work with you to identify your business’ training requirements through a Training Needs Analysis, as well as identify if a specific training programme is out of scope and ineligible for funding.
