It is with great pride that we announce that two of our trainee instructors, Laura White and Chester Griffith, have officially been made Kentec Instructors! In a short time, Both Chester and Laura have made remarkable strides in upskilling and expanding their instructing capabilities. Our Training Operations Manager, Dave Keen, had this to say:

“Just over a year ago we brought on two enthusiastic people that approached Kentec Training asking how to break into the industry. Leading to the development to a "Trainee Instructor Pathway.

Both Laura White and Chester Griffith have worked immensely hard gaining Ladder Association & PASMA Instructor status, as well as being able to deliver some of our in- house qualifications.

It was with great pride today to see their titles change from "Trainee Instructor" to "Instructor". Well done to you both, thank you for being part of a great team, and keep doing what you do!! It's been a privilege to set you off on your journey's! There are more challenges to come, but the team is behind you both!”
