Our PASMA Towers for Managers Course equips delegates with the confidence and specialist knowledge needed to
make scaffold towers accident-free zones. This course combines clear theory
with engaging group exercises to help you understand what to look for from the
ground - before, during, and after work takes place.
Delegates explore how to better support tower operatives on
site, meet their legal obligations, inspect towers, and identify different
tower types, all without any practical climbing. It’s entirely classroom-based so
delegates can focus on what matters most: keeping their people safe and their organisation
compliant.
This course consists of a training room lecture, presentation,
a multiple-choice assessment paper.
