Current Opportunities:

IPAF Instructor

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Salary: £35k + benefits

We are currently inviting applications from existing IPAF Instructors to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Tonbridge, Kent you will be working alongside some of the most dynamic trainers in the UK who pride themselves on being one of the leading providers for PASMA, IPAF, CITB, IOSH and Ladder Association training.

The successful candidate will deliver training to our clients at our training centres, as well as client’s premises in the South East, London and surrounding counties. Ideally the candidate would be able to deliver training in courses additional to IPAF, however, this is not essential as we are able to train and upskill where required. The successful candidate will need to be a team player, with good communication skills and willing to have a proactive attitude to achieving goals.

 This role would ideally suit an experienced and dynamic instructor, who is able to deliver training in an engaging and captivating way. The quality of the training courses delivered are of the upmost importance at Kentec. Additional to these core skills the successful candidate will need to provide evidence that they possess the required instructor qualifications and a full clean driving licence.

Training Advisor

Location: Tonbridge, Kent 

Salary: £20k + commission + benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Training Advisor to join our team at the head office in Tonbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will work as part of the sales team to promote the business’s range of health and safety, work at height, workplace safety and plant and equipment training to new and existing customers. The candidate will need to have a positive can-do attitude, be highly organised and committed to our vision of providing high quality and effective safety solutions to customers.

The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and support their HR/Learning & Development teams to fulfil both their personal and organisational training requirements
  • Proactively contact potential new and existing clients by telephone to promote and increase awareness of our training course portfolio
  • Be the focal point within the business, responding to enquiries and requests for information and services from clients and staff
  • Update and maintain the marketing database and training management system as required
  • Provide customer service and support to those purchasing our products and services
  • To support the marketing of the company through news items, social media, and newsletter generation
  • To attend exhibitions and networking events as required to meet and promote the company’s services with both potential new and existing clients
  • Identify and stimulate new business opportunities within the market

The ideal candidate must possess the following Skills, Experience and Qualities:

  •  Strong communication skills both over the telephone, written and in-person
  • Account management and customer service experience
  • A proactive attitude and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, and positivity in the workplace
  • Ability to work well under pressure in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Computer literate, specifically with Microsoft Office and Training Management Software
