Kentec feature in Professional Builder Magazine

Roger Bisby (seen here with Steve Booker) from the Professional Builder Magazine finds a head for heights on a PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) training course undertaken at Kentec Training at Tonbridge in Kent. Kentec is one of the UK’s leading PASMA Training providers offering the full range of PASMA training courses.

Roger spent the day with our PASMA Lead Instructor and Managing Director, Steve Booker who facilitated the course. Roger commented that, if you think there is nothing you can learn about putting up towers then you would definitely benefit from a PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers Association) training course. I have owned and used towers for years and I learned quite a lot. The people most at risk in life are always the ones who think they know what they are doing. The one day course I attended was PASMA ‘Towers For Users’ which includes a section on the advanced guard rail system and the through the trap (3T) method. The course includes both the theory and the practical on the two systems and a short exam. It was hosted by Kentec Training Ltd in Kent but there are centres all over the country delivering the PASMA courses.

Steve is one of a small select group of PASMA Lead Instructors currently facilitating Advanced PASMA Training courses including training the new PASMA Towers for Riggers Course as well as training new PASMA Instructors.
