Our SMSTS Refresher - Site Manager Safety Training Scheme provides delegates who have previously passed their SMSTS course with up-to-date training on all relevant legislation and ensures the continued effective management of health and safety within the building, construction and civil engineering industries within the context of the delegate's management role.
This course reinforces each delegate’s understanding of their roles, responsibilities and accountability for health, safety and welfare, and reorients their recognition of site efficiency and productivity. It also highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures, and adequate communication needed to sustain a robust health and safety culture among the workforce.
Please note that the course price includes a same day resit, in the event that delegates do not correctly answer one of the five safety critical questions. This course consists of several training room lectures, presentations, and a multiple-choice examination.
